Apple Betty Crumble

Ingredients:
8 cups (64 oz.) Kozy Shack® Original Rice Pudding
41 oz. apple pie filling
2 cups brown sugar
3 cups rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 lb. butter
Whipped cream

Preparation:
Divide apple pie filling equally between two large ovenproof glass trays. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Evenly divide Kozy Shack® Original Rice Pudding over each portion of apple filling.

Crumble mixture:
Combine sugar, oats and butter. Spread evenly on top of pudding. Bake at 325° F for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream.

Preparation time: 35 minutes

Yield: 12 servings
